Our Safety/Eyebrow windows are made from 1/16" acrylic sheet (Plexiglas) for ease of fitting and installation. Each window is made from a template so each window is the same. The mounting holes have already been drilled to eliminate this sometimes frustrating step. This allows you to mount the window kits in a shorter time with less chance of cracking the window.
Our kit contains two windows, counter-sunk screws, nuts, washers, cutout template and mounting instructions.
We have found these window kits provide you, the pilot, with a better view to the side and behind, and provide the extra margin of safety required when operating a helicopter on a crowded ramp or traffic pattern.
If for some reason you break or badly scratch the window, individual windows are available. the complete kit sells for $50.00 plus $15.00 shipping.
