Our tail rotor blades are made from 2024 aircraft aluminum and 4130 aircraft steel tubing. We use only quality steel rivets to secure the aluminum skins to the spar. We provide additional rivets over the original quantity used to reduce the chance of cracks developing around the existing rivets.

We supply blades for ALL Scorpions and Exec's regardless of length based upon the size of blades required for your particular helicopter.

These tail rotor blades are manufactured in a custom designed steel alignment fixture (jig) to provide a high quality blade. The rivets on the trailing edge are set with a rivet squeezer to insure proper upset on each rivet.

We manufacture tail rotors in either the standard tapered blade style supplied with your kit, or our new constant chord style. All tail rotors are $250.00 per set, plus shipping.

Our constant chord tail rotors have the same chord width from root to tip. This provides more surface area for better control. These are recommended for those helicopters operated in higher density altitude conditions or where more tail rotor authority is required to control the heading of the helicopter.
