CONTRACT AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned buyer, understand these blades are sold for use on an amateur-built, experimental aircraft for which Waitman Helicopters, Inc. has no control over the installation or use.

I also understand there are no warrantees expressed or implied with the sale of these blades and they are manufactured and sold without stated performance characteristics or design limits. As the buyer, I therefore assume all responsibility for the use of these blades and hold-harmless Waitman Helicopters Inc., Ace Helicopters Inc., and Canadian Home Rotors Inc. from all damage, death and or injury as a result of their use.
