Consignment Agreement

This agreement covers the terms of the consignment agreement between Waitman Helicopters, Inc. and ____________________________________ for the advertisement and possible sale of the helicopter described as

The Owner agrees to allow Waitman Helicopters, Inc. to act as their Exclusive Sales Agent for the period of time specified below, for the sum of 10% of the final sales amount. This amount will be based upon the base price of the helicopter at no lower than $_______________.

Upon agreement with the new buyer, the owner will supply Waitman Helicopters, Inc. a bill of sale and signed registration forms for the Federal Aviation Administration, if registered.

The duration of this consignment is for 90 days minimum, and may be extended with written agreement between these parties.

Waitman Helicopters, Inc. agrees to actively promote the sale of the helicopter and to advertise in national and regional publications.

The owner will provide Waitman Helicopters, Inc. with photos showing the overall appearance and inside layout with a list of all items not included with the original kit obtained from the kit manufacturer. The attached inventory sheet should provide helpful in obtain all required information.

We the undersigned have read and agree to the conditions set forth in this consignment contract.
